1. Company presentation
Le site WizeCounsel (hereinafter "the Provider") is a platform of consulting services for entrepreneurs, specializing in business structuring, international taxation, company formation and legal optimization.

2. Purpose of the general terms and conditions
These CPS govern the terms and conditions of sale and performance of the services offered by the Service Provider to its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
Any order or acceptance of a quotation implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of the present service contract.
3. Services offered
WizeCounsel offers the following services:
Legal and tax structuring advice
Support in setting up companies (LTD, LLC, LDA, etc.)
Customized strategic diagnosis
Remote operational monitoring
All services are personalized and carried out remotely (video consultation, written report, etc.), unless otherwise specified.
4. Rates and payment terms
Prices are given in euros, excl. VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due to order via the payment methods offered on the site (bank transfer, card, Stripe, etc.).
No refunds will be made after the order has been validated.unless there is an obvious error attributable to the Service Provider.
5. Deadlines and liability
The Service Provider undertakes to carry out the assignment within the stated timeframe or, failing that, within a reasonable time after validation.
The Service Provider may not be held liable in the event of :
errors attributable to the customer (missing data, false declarations, etc.)
force majeure or events beyond its control
refusal of registration by an administrative or banking authority
The Service Provider acts as an obligor of means and does not guarantee results (e.g. automatic tax status, bank account, etc.).
6. Personal data & RGPD
The Service Provider collects and processes certain personal data in strict compliance with the law. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679).
The data is used solely for the performance of services and the commercial relationship with the customer.
The customer may at any time right of access, rectification, limitation or deletion by contacting : [email protected]
No data will be transferred or sold to third parties. Data will be kept only as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is to be processed.
7. Intellectual property
All documents, reports, content or templates sent to the Customer remain the property of the Customer. exclusive property of the Service Provider.
They may not be reproduced, shared or resold without prior written permission.
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These CPS are governed by the French law.
In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent jurisdiction will be :
Commercial court of the auto-entrepreneur's registered office
9. Customer acceptance
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. without reservation before ordering.
Validation of a service is equivalent to an electronic signature and contractual commitment.
